Products, quotes and pricing
We describe our automatic pet wash cabins as accurately as we can, but specifications, images and finishes may vary, and custom builds differ by order. All prices and quotes are provided on request, are valid for the period stated, and are confirmed in writing before an order is placed.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once we accept it and any required deposit or payment is received. Payment terms, shipping costs and lead times are agreed in writing for each order. We accept a range of payment methods as set out during the quote process.
Warranty and support
Our cabins come with a 1 year comprehensive warranty plus dedicated lifetime after-sales support, subject to normal use and proper installation and maintenance. Warranty details are provided with your order.

Shipping, delivery and returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Drezen or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drezen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Drezen's place of business, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific order.
