How we ship our cabins worldwide, and how returns and warranty claims work.

Drezen Pet ships factory direct from our facility in Cangzhou, Hebei, China to customers around the world. This page explains how shipping, delivery, installation and returns work. Exact costs and times are confirmed in writing for each order.
We arrange worldwide shipping for every order. Because cabins are large commercial units, freight cost and method depend on your location and order size, so these are quoted and agreed before your order is confirmed.
Ready-to-run models usually ship faster than custom builds. We share an estimated production and delivery timeline with your quote and keep you updated as your order progresses.
Cabins are delivered fully assembled and ready to connect. Installation needs only a water inlet, drainage and a power connection, and cabins work indoors or outdoors. Our team provides installation guidance and remote support.
Please inspect your cabin on delivery and note any visible transit damage with the carrier straight away. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve it quickly.
If your cabin arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by warranty, contact us with photos and your order details. We will repair, replace or supply parts as appropriate under the 1 year warranty and lifetime support that comes with every cabin.
Because our cabins are commercial equipment, and custom builds are made to order, returns are handled case by case. Standard models may be returnable within an agreed window if unused and in original condition, with the buyer covering return freight. Custom and personalised cabins generally cannot be returned except for warranty issues. Cancellation terms are set out in your order agreement.
